These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hbaze platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Introduction

Welcome to hbaze. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hbaze ("hbaze", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the hbaze website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting services, account facilities, and all related features and content made available through https://hbaze.bet (collectively, "the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any person accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. By accessing or using any part of the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. hbaze reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Important: hbaze is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or use any service on the Platform. hbaze performs age verification checks during registration. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned, in accordance with applicable responsible gaming guidelines.

Eligibility

Clause 1
Age Restriction
The Platform is available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. hbaze reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where the registered user cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. Where an account is closed on grounds of underage use, hbaze will return any real-money balance to the payment method used to fund the account.
Clause 2
Geographic Eligibility
hbaze is operated for the Bangladesh market. Users located outside Bangladesh may access the Platform subject to compliance with their local laws. It is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. hbaze does not represent or warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
Clause 3
Capacity to Contract
By registering an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of another person in registering your account, and that you are not using the Platform in a professional capacity for a third-party employer without express disclosure to hbaze.

Account Registration and Management

Clause 4
Registration Requirements
To access betting, casino and gaming services on the Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including a valid username, password, and Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to keep your registration information up to date. hbaze may refuse registration or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
Clause 5
One Account Per User
Each individual user may hold only one active hbaze account at any time. Opening multiple accounts using different names, email addresses or mobile numbers for the purpose of receiving duplicate promotions or circumventing account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hbaze may merge duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from secondary accounts, and forfeit any bonus or promotional funds associated with those accounts.
Clause 6
Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact hbaze support immediately at the email address displayed in the footer of this page. hbaze is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

hbaze supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following clauses govern how funds are deposited, held and withdrawn.

Clause 7
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on hbaze is ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Deposits are credited to your hbaze wallet immediately following confirmation from the payment provider. hbaze does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
Clause 8
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad or Rocket are processed by hbaze 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The standard processing time is under 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before being processed. hbaze reserves the right to delay a withdrawal where reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The withdrawal amount must be credited to the same mobile wallet account used to fund the hbaze account.
Clause 9
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to hbaze without first contacting hbaze support to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of these Terms. hbaze will respond to all payment disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, hbaze reserves the right to close the account and refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbaze may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, as published at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform.

Clause 10
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your hbaze account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus is set out in the offer terms published alongside the promotion. Where no rollover is stated, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. hbaze reserves the right to void any bonus where the wagering requirements have been met through gameplay that does not represent genuine wagering activity.
Clause 11
Bonus Restrictions
Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address and per mobile device. Bonuses may not be claimed using multiple accounts. hbaze reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are unused or unclaimed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds will not be reinstated.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

hbaze is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of outstanding bets, and forfeiture of wallet balance.

Clause 12
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on hbaze: using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets; exploiting software errors or bugs to gain a financial advantage; engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with hbaze staff; using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity including money laundering or fraud; sharing login credentials with third parties; and creating or using an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
Clause 13
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where hbaze determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct, hbaze may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit wallet balance pending investigation; report the activity to relevant authorities. hbaze's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

Account Suspension and Termination

hbaze reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where: the user has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, illegal or money-laundering activity; the user's registration information is found to be false or misleading; the user has initiated a chargeback against a deposit without prior resolution attempt with hbaze; or the user requests account closure under the self-exclusion provisions of the hbaze Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, hbaze will return any remaining real-money wallet balance to the mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds, promotional credits and any amounts derived from prohibited conduct will not be returned. Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The hbaze Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hbaze makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. hbaze will not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from network interruptions, payment processing delays, or temporary service outages.

hbaze's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hbaze wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. hbaze does not guarantee any outcome in any game or betting market. Past results do not indicate future outcomes. Amendments to These Terms

hbaze reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Platform after the updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting hbaze support at the email address in the footer of this page.
